Yes. After the launch price is paid, you receive the website files. The domain is registered using your business’s details; we manage it on your behalf. Hosting is managed through Kaah’s account, so you do not need a separate hosting login. You can move to another provider: we supply your files and arrange the domain handover without an exit fee. Registrar transfer rules may affect timing.

Yes. Launch in Somali or English for $400, or both for $500. Both packages then cost $25/month from month two. The bilingual package includes the same agreed content in both languages and a visible language switch. We review the Somali wording with you before launch. Included small updates cover both languages when you choose the bilingual package.

We manage hosting, HTTPS, your included domain’s annual renewal and one business email inbox. Each month we check that your site opens and its contact links work. You can send one update request containing up to five short text, price, opening-hour or supplied-photo changes on existing pages. Each text change can be up to 50 words. We save a copy after updates. New pages, new features and redesigns need a separate quote.

The package does not include an editing dashboard. Send us your small changes as part of the monthly service. You also own the website files and can move them to another developer or host. If you need your own editing dashboard, we agree that scope and price before starting.

No. We give your business a clearer online presence and easier contact options. Enquiries also depend on your offer, reputation and how people discover you. Search ranking, advertising and ongoing social media management are not included.

Pay half the launch price to begin and half after approving your preview, before launch: $200 + $200 for one language, or $250 + $250 for both. Your first month of service and the first year of the agreed domain are included. The $25 monthly payment starts one month after launch and is paid in advance. We agree the payment method and due date in writing. At these prices, the first 12 months total $675 or $775; a later full year of service is $300.

Yes. The monthly service is required while Kaah manages your site, with no minimum term after launch. Tell us before your next payment is due. We provide your latest website files and arrange handover of the domain and business inbox without an exit fee. Already-paid registration time stays with the domain. Hosting ends after your paid service period, so arrange the move before then. Future provider bills become your responsibility.

We send a reminder first. If payment remains overdue for 14 days, we may temporarily pause website hosting after written notice. We do not take ownership of your domain, erase your website as a penalty, or block handover to recover service fees. We will explain any upcoming domain renewal or email-service expiry so you can pay or move in time.
